Per figma spec

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add new action on cases that opens a modal
• Modal should have list of accounts in the case with enough information to not lose context of what accounts should be copied
• Accounts should be individually selectable or selectable all at once
• The selected list of account should be copy-able in some list format (newline, comma, etc)
• The list format is selectable as well
• Modal should close after successful copying and a toast should indicate that
