Description

In T421901 we wanted the new card design for Review Changes to reach close to the edge of the viewport on mobile, however due to Minerva styling, we have ended up with a significant border around the list of edits:

Design	Live

The border is a significant % of the screen width at low resolutions, which compounds issues with text truncation.

Ideally, this list would fill the screen width.
