[BLZMI] Make Query Service GUI work with both Blazegraph and QLever via custom config

Description

We need to make sure Query Service GUI works with Blazegraph and newly created QLever API, therefore we need to modify the code to make it work with both, configurable.

  • Add a new config key for Blazegraph-QLever switch

A/C

  • A new key is introduced inside default-config.json, which indicates if the backend is Blazegraph or QLever
  • New key is deployed correctly to the existing URLs
