Enhanced functionality for news items featuring WikiPortraits images. Could also be applied to other image campaigns.

Many of the top articles on Wikinewsie are pop culture figures or the works (films, shows, albums, matches) they appear in. And so many of them are illustrated with WikiPortraits photos that are especially relevant, particularly photos from recent premieres at film festivals.
When a Wikinewsie item is using a WikiPortraits image (either because it's in the article intro, or if it's added by a user), there should be an option to mark it as such, and link to the relevant Wikimedia Commons category for more WikiPortraits coverage of the event. This might also include a narrative report of the film festival or other event, included on the Commons category or elsewhere.
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Greater visibility between projects, more context for pop culture items, and a capacity for some complementary original reporting from WikiPortraits contributors, in addition to their prodigious photographic output.
