Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where): Be able to detect and show details for Wikimedia developer accounts when provided with a Wikimedia SUL username.
This should already be theoretically possible as mediawiki:externalaccount is an allowed constraint on the Wikimedia Phabricator.
