What's requested:
As a part of T422075: [SPIKE] Decide on and implement return to app parameter, a returntoapp url parameter was created to allow visual editor to redirect back to the mobile apps once an edit was published or abandoned. Redirect does not currently happen if a user's edit flow is interrupted with authentication. This task is ensure the returntoapp parameter survives any authentication flows (login, create account, etc), so that the site continues to redirect back to the app once the edit is published or abandoned.
This was tested against PatchDemo at https://5c92b063e0.catalyst.wmcloud.org.
Why it's requested:
If users are not allowed to redirect back to the mobile app after publish or abandon due to authentication interruptions, they could feel lost and not know how to return to their editing entry point.
