Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Use a high browser zoom
- Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Main_Page
- Click More -> Report
- Click the first radio button
- Click "Continue"
What happens?:
- Footer text ("Wikipedia is a community where...") is too big. Takes up one third of the modal, covering up important radio buttons.
What should have happened instead?:
- Footer shouldn't be floating. Just inline it and let it scroll with the rest of the page. In my opinion, this information isn't important enough to need a floating footer.
