I'm confused with our Stripe GiveLively donors ... In the stripe account I find CID 5365990 has a recurring gift of $4.20 but in Civi they have 2 recurrings - one is 3.10 & the other $5 - these are both settling through Paypal - which leaves me confused about this GiveLively amount I see in the MajorGifts stripe account https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_19bevLIwQmMg1daL/payments/pi_3TNKPFIwQmMg1daL2gRxpEj3 (and that stripe account + give lively in general) - it LOOKS like we are actually getting a 3rd unrecorded recurring....

Eileen will talk with and she isn't confident givelively is making it into Civi - Elliott wondered if these are manually imported. It doesn't seem that recent events haven't been held yet $$ is coming in - could be bulk donations that haven't been reported to Civi - there are about 6/month.

The GiveLively donor doesn't have the donations we see - @SBurnett-WMF I feel like you said 'somewhere' that you were checking with @MDemosWMF about how these currently get to Civi - my current belief is that they DON'T - except when an event happens (not since 2024) and they are manually imported. It might be easy technically to handle these if so

@JSimmons does do the imports from what I can tell - but not unless there is an event - so the GivingBasket ones are likely missed

@Ejegg do you think I should proceed to bring the Stripe MG ones in from audit?

@Dwisehaupt we will need to start pulling down audit reports so need a new audit directory set for stripe-mg

also - I put a commit in local settings with the secret for WMF_MG - but I think it needs to be in puppet somewehre?

@Eileenmcnaughton @SBurnett-WMF did reach out and I shared this information with her: It seems like these are coming through Charity Navigator/Give Lively and then getting processed through stripe/deposited into our bank account. So I don't think these are related to events? But @JSimmons might be able to confirm. Finance has not been providing these to us in our EFT lists so they have not been getting entered.

We can reach out to Finance if we think these will need to get entered into Civi with our other EFT gifts via batch entry. Let me know where we land. Thanks!

Thanks @MDemosWMF - we can probably bring them in the way we do our other Stripe donations bt I wanted to confirm they are a gap

Directories created and key captured in the private repo. we aren't managing that config file in puppet so nothing for me to add at this point.
