Description

Build a static analyser that, for each AW fragment, identifies whether the wrapping Render abstract fragment/Z825 function call uses the date/Z825K3 argument reference in any of its nested function calls.

This will inform TTL and storage strategy.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria

• Analyser correctly identifies date-sensitive vs. date-independent AW fragments
• Analyser is fully tested and independent, can be implemented and merged without affecting current behavior
• TTL policy and cache key/location strategy are applied per analyser result
