Description

To make it easier to spot speed regressions and collect metrics about npm failures, we should make sure the npm install is also measured in quibble. Today the install phase is hidden inside the browser tests. This also open up for us to separate the time for npm install and the actual browser test time.

Acceptance criteria:

npm install phases are separated in the Jenkins log
