Noting that this is currently deployed to staging (i.e. expert/flag.txt set to expert/flag.preprod)

Staging is extremely slow for me, for some reason. Anyway, tried to access AM and eventually got:

Connection refused by www.amdigital.co.uk, please try again later.

Noting that this was resolved by setting the target URL to use HTTPS

Flag set for production deploy, and deploy completed
Link updated in /admin
Auth set to bundle in /admin
Adam Matthews appears in "My Collections"
Clicking "Access collection" works as expected

https://github.com/WikipediaLibrary/twlight_ezproxy/pull/58 still requires review & merging (cc @jsn.sherman) but this is otherwise done
