I'm noticing the one parameter in this message, which I assume leads to "MediaWiki:Userlogin-reauth-description-link/nb", but it's not explicitly stated. If it is, it requires to be conjugated differently than English in many other languages. Shouldn't this be clarified? (It seems a little odd to split a message in two like this.)

Indeed, If this was not what you meant to do, you can safely $1. looks impossible to properly translate into many languages, it's what's usually called "lego messages". Added in rMW48854232759f3c4e55e189038c2e7459d009f9e8, $1 seems to be cancel this action, not sure why this was split.

It's not a lego message if one constant string is substituted into another constant string -- a "lego message" properly only refers to string concatenations. And given the amount of stuff in the link I'm not sure how that commit could have been written unsplit.
