Similar to T433242: cleanMentorList is unable to remove locked mentors from mentorship. If a mentor uses Special:GlobalVanishRequest to vanish from Wikipedia, and their request is approved, they should be automatically removed from mentorship, given that account becomes permanently unusable (see vanishing documentation).
