There's been ~10% growth in the number of artifacts in harbor in the last month (~100 out of 800), so it kinda matches the growth there, I think that for now we can increase the object count (also, it's relatively low still).

Manually forced a log cleanup, and a gc run, that did not a lot, but well, just in case xd
