Description

arclamp1001 is experiencing out of memory errors via parent task T432730. As both arclamp[12]001 are identical, there will be an upgrade task for each to go from 32 to 64 GB ram.

Host is currently an R 440 with (1) 32GB RDIMM, 3200MT/s, Dual Rank 16Gb BASE x8.

Please check the recycling/decom pile of RAM and pull (1) additional 32GB RDIMM, 3200MT/s, Dual Rank 16Gb BASE x8 to add to this host.

arclamp1001 upgrade checklist:

  • 32GB RDIMM, 3200MT/s, Dual Rank 16Gb BASE x8 pulled from decom/spare pile by onsite
  • downtime of arclamp1001 scheduled with @colewhite
  • ram upgraded from (1) to (2) total 32GB RDIMM, 3200MT/s, Dual Rank 16Gb BASE x8 for a total of 64GB RAM per host.

Feel free to offline the hosts whenever you're ready. There's no paging associated and all I would do to depool is add host and services downtime in Icinga.
