Reason
We installed privatebin on the fundraising servers to deliver donor data, but later found a better solution. We had created a gerrit repo as a mirror of the upstream https://github.com/PrivateBin/PrivateBin in order to install this third party software using our fundraising deploy process, which needs to pull from WMF-hosted repos.

Since we're not using it in fundraising any more there is no need to maintain our gerrit copy of the repo.
