Once the Impact Module extension is created (see T433353), it should be added to Patch Demo. Instructions for doing so are available at https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/test-platform/catalyst/patchdemo/-/blob/main/ADDING_EXTENSIONS.md.

Add ImpactModule extension
Adding Catalyst (PatchDemo) so we can get review from the folks maintaining it. From my side, this is something that we want.
In production, this extension will talk to DPE APIs, but on patchdemo, we will create placeholder data for it show. (This is something yet to do.)
As far as I can tell, this change has everything it needs based on the guide in https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/test-platform/catalyst/patchdemo/-/blob/main/ADDING_EXTENSIONS.md, so I'm giving it my +1 - it is ready to move forward from our side.
