As part of topline 2, we want to add a causality of the mitigation based on the clicks within the suggestedInvestigations.

For that we need a way to differentiate when the UIC was clicked on the account from SuggestedInvestigations.
This needs a modification of the action_context json to include page = suggested-investigations, as right now it includes everything CU related under checkuser
