Description

Error handling in SparqlHelper is looking for java error classes. We'll need to update error-detection and handling to match the behavior of the new endpoints.

T432639: [BLZMI] Implement new error handling for the QLever errors the UI needs to handle would be helpful to understand how proxy sends errors and how to handle different shapes of error messages

Errors from QLever API endpoints are being handled while retaining existing functionality
Blazegraph error handling is not broken, since Blazegraph and QLever will live side by side for a while

Note: contrary to the second A/C, Blazegraph error detection is now broken after all, because @ArthurTaylor wanted to remove the code already. (It was already broken in Wikimedia production because apparently at some point an intermediate proxy was introduced that hides the Java timeout classes from the response, but now it’ll also be broken for third parties who update to this code while still running Blazegraph.)
