(!) Review after T433706: [BLZMI] SPIKE - Identify which query templates on wbqc need to be updated query-next.wikidata.org is completed

Review the tests defined in tests/phpunit/Helper/SparqlHelperTest.php and verify that the hard-coded queries in the unit tests are valid for use with QLever.

A/C

• The test in tests/phpunit/Helper/SparqlHelperTest.php are updated for QLever
• Hardcoded queries which are not valid for QLever are updated
• Templates which create queries are updated to work with QLever
• All tests pass with the QLever endpoints
