Description

Background:

For now, we are moving forward with 3 flags/signals for the review changes cards. The flags will be displayed within the Review Changes module. The flags will be presented in InfoChips at the bottom of the card.

Flag:

One of the three flags in the Review Changes modules will include a “Major Changes” flag. Changes that consist of +/- 1000 bytes will have this flag.

Acceptance criteria

In the Review Changes module, when an edit has an absolute size of more than 1000 bytes (+ or -), a 'Major changes' infochip is shown for that edit

We plan to do this after T433724. As the second flag, we need to decide whether to choose one chip or show all of them, or something else. For now, let's show both if an edit is both major and high revert risk.
