Background:
For now, we are moving forward with 3 flags/signals for the review changes cards. The flags will be displayed within the Review Changes module. The flags will be presented in InfoChips at the bottom of the card.
Since our focus on this work has shifted towards introducing newer editors to the concept of reviewing the edits of others in general, and away from anti-vandalism specifically (for now), we would like to remove the 'high revert risk' source of edits from Review Changes. We're going to show users edits from other sources instead.
To clarify - this means not filtering recent changes on high revert risk to list in Review Changes. Not "hide edits that have high revert risk" - we'll now be flagging those instead.
Flag:
One of the three flags in the Review Changes modules will include a “High Revert Risk” flag. Changes that were flagged as high revert risk.
Designs:
It will be presented with the warning status.

Acceptance criteria
- High Revert Risk edits are no longer a source of edits specifically displayed in the Review Changes module
- In the Review Changes module, when an edit has a Revert Risk score high than the threshold defined in wmf-config/ext-ORES for this wiki, a 'High revert risk' infochip is shown for that edit.
- If a wiki is not configured to use Revert Risk in Recent Changes, no check is made.
