The ChartWizard (available as Special:ChartWizard) in the Chart extension has been enabled on the beta cluster for a few weeks now. Because of bots and scraping, it is a common issue that one needs to get their IP unblocked to be able to access the beta cluster and test the chart wizard.
Nonetheless, the ChartWizard is working as expected on the beta cluster, so we are ready to enable it on Wikimedia Commons. This will also allow more people to test the feature and give feedback.
