As an event organizer, I want to populate a worklist from a wiki category, so that I can seed it quickly instead of adding articles individually.
Context: Raised as a time-saver alongside file import.

Acceptance criteria:

• Organizer can enter a category and add its member articles to the worklist.
• Behavior for large categories is defined (limit or pagination).
• Whether the list is a one-time snapshot or stays synced with the category is decided and stated in the UI.
• Duplicates against existing worklist entries are skipped.
