As an event organizer, I want to attach a note to each worklist article, including a link to the same article on another wiki, so that participants have translation source material and context on what the article needs.
Context: Especially useful for smaller-language wikis translating from a larger one such as enwiki.

Acceptance criteria:

• Organizer can add and edit a free-text note per article.
• The note supports a link (or a dedicated cross-wiki link field).
• The note is visible to participants on the event page view of the worklist.
