Just today we are seeing our chariot_audit_download job fail with 500 errors - eg.

(Chariot request to https://api.givechariot.com/v1/donations?deposit_id=deposit_01kyx0wgphaw0gzgt81b23fksx failed with HTTP 500: {"type":"about:blank","title":"API Error","status":500,"detail":"Failed to list donations"})

These are 'YourCause` donations and it has persisted for a few hours now.

I did observe that in the UI these donations have 'artifacts' (attached files) that cannot be downloaded and this co-incides with a change in api-returned fields adding artifact fields for other donations (Benevity ones - which can be downloaded) so I suspect there could be an issue with the files.
