Description

We got a bunch of webhooks on August 4 from August 1 Pix transactions that went to the Processing status in Gravy and then eventually became a service decline:

Is this the expected behavior when the donor doesn't complete the payment?
Is the three day lag time for the update normal?

Hi Christine:

1: if donor doesn't complete the payment then we will see payment Declined
2: dlocal required +2 days for process, and they said this is required by bank, so this is normal

I added 'service_decline' to the list of ignored codes in SmashPig's gravy/main.yaml settings under error-tracker:
