Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Run WWT
• Mouse over the contents in the "Pathophysiology" section, then click. (almost all of this section works - I started by testing the "natural history" part)

What happens?:
Text does not become highlighted on mouseover.

When clicked, the popup appears in a distant location and indicates http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Diff/230919657.
Limited highlighting corresponding to text actually inserted by that revision (which is not what I clicked!) appears.

What should have happened instead?:
There should be an indication for something that exists before the last-fetched revision. Like, "(Present before revision [id here] [date here])"

Ideally I'd like to see the revision ID of the originating edit -- the exact date, author, and size are relatively irrelevant for things this old, so detail-fetching may not even be needed (see section Comment).
