Background
In DE 3.2.7, we are building the functionality for users on desktop and mobile web to create and save articles to custom collections. This work has a number of complex flows, so we've created a feature flag to group the changes together https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T431732 -- let's turn on this feature flag for betawiki so that we can test the UI being built as it evolves from stage to stage.
User story
As a team member working on the custom lists implementation, I am able to go to betawiki to test out the current version of custom lists UI that have been merged behind the feature flag.
Requirements
- wgReadingListsCustomLists is set to true for beta
Acceptance criteria
- the feature flag for custom reading lists on web has been turned on for betawiki
