In order to push these to Intacct we need

1. a Batch to be created - set type to manual rather than automatic - needs a form
2. the following minimum settlement fields to be filled in :
   • settlement_batch_reference
   • settlement_donation_amount
   • settlement_fee_amount (if relevant)

(we can add some handling to fill the amounts in based on the original amount if it matches )

3. process to validate batch once finished -
