combowiki: UI change after hitting submit / waiting for payment processor response

Description

in testing google pay there was a noticeable 4-5 second delay between clicking submit in the google pay sheet and the redirect to the thank you page. We should add something visual for the donors after they have clicked submit

@ppenloglou this was a stub task I made when I realized we have this issue. Fr-tech will make this to start and then we can add nice design to that after.
