Background

Under Option 2 of the email confirmation experiment, enforcement occurs when an eligible user attempts to edit. The total number of eligible account creations therefore does not represent the population that would encounter this intervention.

We need to estimate the daily number of eligible accounts that would reach the edit-enforcement point.

Task

For the same reporting period used in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T434125, provide the daily number of users who sign up on enwiki web, provide an email address and attempt an edit.

Apps accounts and temporary accounts should be excluded.
