Download CTA should be present only on Wikipedia projects

Description

Per T432758: Make mobile app store badges more visible on Wikipedia.org portal page - the Mobile App store badges are visible only on Wikipedia.org portal. Other projects portal pages do not have App badges, as there are no apps.

Acceptance criteria:

  • the download_app cta is present on Wikipedias
  • the download_app cta is not present on other project types like Wiktionary or Wikisource
  • the download_app cta is not present on specialized 'wiki' projects like Commons or Wikidata
