The Trustly header row format has changed unexpectedly. We have been processing the trustly file for several months but recently Gravy said they were starting to process it so it's likely they requested a change which is causing problems - however, it seems easy enough to adapt to and to be honest I had written the code with the possibility that Gravy might do something like this in mind
