Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where): While most of the wiki events are going to be buildin lists for only their wiki, users should have the option to target muliple wikis that are either a) in the scope of the event or b) if the event is on meta, covered across all the wikis.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution): Currently, in order to add content to another wiki, you have to manually go into the json, and switch from the wiki that you uploaded on, to the wiki that you want to target.

Most international events, especially hosted on Meta, will be covering 2 or more languages, and if the user has a plain text list of article titles, it could create problems in the upload process

Benefits (why should this be implemented?): Its significantly easier to upload lists from multi-wiki campaigns.
