Failed email communication for an User account

Description

User:Nan is unable to get any email communication from wikimedia system since April 2026. He used to get email prior to april 2026. Since no email is receiving from media wiki, He is unable to recovery his account in all the way. As per John Sullivan (Wikimedia Trust & Safety), user account can't be recovered without email communication. User:Nan is the veteran user of Tamil wikipedia and we are unable to recover his account.

So Here I am requesting tech team to find the reason why email communication was disabled for him after april 2026

If you cannot receive any email from the Zendesk instance of the Trust and Safety Team, then please provide a date and timestamp when the last account recovery email was requested, so in theory, server logs could be checked.

The user is unable to receive all form of email communication from wikimedia. I have just sent an email through https://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:EmailUser/Nan I have received the copy but User Nan didn't. find the timestamp and image
