Description:
Currently it is not possible to find orphaned pages in other than the main
namespace. So the query should be changed to include all namespaces or a
namespace selection should be shown on the page like on several other special
pages in 1.5

This is by design; other namespaces are usually artifacts of indirect linking (usernames,
images, talk links, etc etc).
