Description

T434500: Calculate and update the "edits on shared pages count" property for SuggestedInvestigations cases will add this property for active cases (created, with user edits) moving forward. To avoid confusion in the filter functionality, backfill the rest of the values for now. These will probably be purged later as part of T434560: Purge old/unused `cusi_case_property` rows which will decide what's considered stale then.
