[Eng] Visual Editor: Copy test wiki association file over to production language endpoints (iOS)

Description

iOS created a Test Wiki-specific association file to test unending loop and app interruption fixes to T432412.

We need to copy the file changes into the generic wikipedia docroot here.

This can be done via a standard backport.

Once deployed, we might need to purge the cache of these files so that the newer version returns:

https://en.wikipedia.org/.well-known/apple-app-site-association
(but possibly every lang subdomain needs to be purged).
