My account recently got WMF-NDA access, so I can't use it to make Phabricator requests to show onto Tool-techcontribs anymore as it might start showing NDA'd tasks. Since Phabricator needs a valid API token to make API requests, I need a bot account to continue providing statistics on Phabricator contributions.

If the better route is just registering another developer/Wikimedia account, please let me know, though personally I don't think this would be a good idea for organization's sake.

In the meantime, Tech Contribs currently does not process any Phabricator statistics.
