On enter search term - NOT DEBOUNCED, JUST ON CLICK SEARCH / ENTER - hit action api with item search for search term
Display results, loading state, error state
Formatting in future ticket; just get the wiring done here
Unit test everything

@RickiJay-WMDE I tested wbsearchentities via Action API. That seems to work well.
