QueryAbuseFilters: "suppressed", "private", and "protected" values for abfprop can be bundled as "flags"
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Currently, the abfprop API parameter accepts individual values like suppressed, private, and protected to return a filter's privacy details in the response. However, it doesn't seem necessary to accept these values separately, and it's also difficult to find a use case for requesting them individually.

To streamline the API, we could introduce a single flags parameter that bundles these privacy indicators together, returning all applicable privacy statuses in the response object at once.
