Is this still happening? Looks like the most recent pipelines for function-evaluator are passing now.
I think it's solved itself, but this might just be good luck (or bad luck in the runs that were all breaking).
This is absolutely not being done by me, or in-progress, and it's not our team's work. I don't know if RelEng would consider this "Essential". Reverting.
