"View page" button in topic subscription notifications gets cut off in certain languages

Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

  • Get a topic subscription notification
  • uselang=de (or any other language which requires more space than English)

What happens?:

  • "View page" button (German: "Seite ansehen") gets cut off

What should have happened instead?:

  • Wrap the text (just like with the second button) and/or allow more space for the first button
