In Vector 2022 and Minerva Neue dark mode, the buttons for "a Wikimedia project" and "Powered by MediaWiki" have a light background in both dark and light mode. This sticks out a lot in dark mode, and should instead be a dark color.

This would look a lot better on dark mode, with them being some of the only elements in dark mode which don't have dark backgrounds.
