Within the payment automation changes done by Tomáš Vašíček, a BankAccount model has been introduced. However, the popup displayed after registration (https://tracker2.wikimedia.cz/account/register/details) still saves them into the text field.
As part of this task, we should change the behaviour of the account signup popup and deprecate/remove the textual field altogether.
