Steps to replicate the issue:
- Use RefToolbar to add a citation (I did so in source editor)
- add (or import?) a title with a pipe, like "The Game | New Series"
What happens?:
- The citation template generates an error like (on en.Wikipedia) "Text 'New Series' ignored "
What should have happened instead?:
The pipe character should be escaped (perhaps by using the {{!}} template on en.Wikipedia)
