The proxy originally simply dropped any Blazegraph hint from queries, since they are not supported on Qlever. This support has been removed.

After feedback from the community and WMDE, it was decided to restore support for Blazegraph hint statements. This "support" basically means that we drop all statements that use the hint namespace.
Advantage: old queries using hints continue to work
Disadvantage: old queries using hints continue to work - users are led to believe that their hints are used, and could make a difference, when in reality, they are ignored.
