Add a Draft namespace to afwiki

Description

I would like to request that Draft namespaces be added to the Afrikaans Wikipedia (afwiki).

Details:

  • Namespace 118 = Konsep, namespace 119 = Konsepbespreking
  • Aliases "Draft" for "Konsep" and "Draft talk" for "Konsepbespreking"
  • Subpages enabled
  • noindex on
  • Pages in the Konsep namespace should not count as content pages
  • VisualEditor should be enabled

Please let me know if I left out any configuration options that need to be specified.
