Follow the Laravel default of storing tests in tests/Feature and tests/Unit directories.

@Ollie.Shotton_WMDE suggests that we attempt to move tests to the same directory the Laravel php artisan make:* commands use when passed the --phpunit flag, until we hit a tests that doesn't nicely conform to this structure.
